From my past experiences signing players, once you post that you want to sign someone, he's already yours, so I think Mr Hill is already a Bull

I'm pretty sure it's based on best fits. First come, first serve isn't fair for those on different timezones. I think the simmer that night makes the decision.

Well, last time I tried to sign Baron Davis, 2 or 3 other teams tried too, but I think he was already mine because I was the 1st. And well, I have a completely different time zone than most of you (if not all of you)..

Thi. pretty sure its like in all other sim Leagues (NLL). it will be based on the best fit.
Only fair way.
The way Marcos mentioned is the way how it Works for staff.
