Charlotte is reportedly in final negotiations on a trade that would add one of the GM's favorite players to the roster. Though the trade will reportedly use up some of Charlotte's remaining cap space, they will still have enough space to offer one more veteran a deal larger than the MLE.

Sources in Orlando say that the Magic are looking for a backup center to give rest to Noel. The 2nd year player is out 8 days with a strained calf and the Magic have no one who they feel can fill in for him.

Sources also are saying that teams are making calls already about the availability of 2nd year guard Ricky Ledo. Ledo is coming off the bench for the Magic and putting up an impressive 21.0 ppg in 25.7 minutes of action.

Rumor has it that the Mavericks are in talks with an unspecified team to perhaps bring in a power forward to start. At this time, we do not know who the Mavericks would have to give up though.

Lots of Thunder rumors surging on the internet this morning..

RealGM reported that "3 or 4 Thunder players are gone and 5 or 6 are joining them in more than one trade." Commissioner Dylan even wrote on his PRs that Hibbert may be on his way out.

CSL TV analyst and Hang Time Blog owner Sekou Smith twitted:

I'm hearing from sources within The Blastoff! which is an online magazine affiliated with the Houston Rockets organization that the Front Office or perhaps GM WillyJakkz is none too pleased with the up and down rollercoaster ride of the team losing on the road and more importantly being blown out on the road throughout this entire season which also I might add, stems back to last season as well and that changes may be occurring. They aren't sure exactly what changes may occur but there are rumblings that something is going on.

I'm David Aldridge reporting for CSL Tonite! and hope to have more details surrounding the Houston Rockets.

Sources within the Lakers organization have broke silence this week and have made it known the Lakers may be discussing a scenario internally that would bring a "Kobe/Shaq" esque era back to Los Angeles. This may be just the front office doing it's due diligence to improve the team, or there may be some wheels to this rumor. Expect to have a resolution today one way or another.

Word has broken out of the Pistons Front Office that it is down to two unnamed teams to get the young, talented big man Perry Ellis. It has been rumored for a week now that he is getting packaged with the expiring contract of Jameer Nelson and that an upgrade at Point Guard would be coming back. The details of the deal could be completed within 24 hours.
