Extensions

As stated earlier in the offseason, extensions will now be handled by a PA. Extensions are currently closed while we work out the kinks of the PA system.

My bad here then for starting this, I though that since the game file problem was solved it was possible to do it.

It looks as though we'll be moving to PAs for all signing/extension related transactions at this point.
