Detroit agrees to this trade. This puts us in an even more difficult financial situation with taking on Granger's contract, but this gives us a good backup SF and backup PG/SG now which we were lacking slightly. Singler is who I am going to miss most out of this since he was primed for bigger minutes with Chandler gone and I like his ratings, but its a move I felt like could benefit us in the playoffs this year with all the injures. Good dealing Jake.

Well, this is a pretty straightforward financial deal for us. I signed Granger with the assumption I wouldn't have to give Parsons a max. Then, I compounded the problem by taking on Gasol who is in need of a new contract. To ret us out of the lux penalty next year, I needed to save a few million by swapping Granger for the cheaper Crawford. Singler and Withey aren't bad role players either. It was a necessary solution to our financial troubles, even if we take a hit in value.
