Firing Your Coaches
You may fire your HC once during the season. In order to fire a head coach, you must write a blurb as to why exactly you are firing this head coach. It better be a really good reason, or else it will not be approved. Remember, in real life, there are owners who do not want to pay two coaches' salaries unless there's a good reason.
If you feel like it is time to part ways with your head coach, and don't really have a good reason other than you think there's a better option out there, you may only do that if there is one year left on the coach's contract.
Other than that, you just have to wait for your coach's contract to run out. We won't be allowing teams to have a revolving door of coaches anymore.
