Open Teams?
How many open teams left here guys?
I'm trying to bring some people (2 friends whom I've met on NBA Sim Leagues) from Brazil but they are afraid of coming because they really don't know English very well, and it can be a problem for them. Also they don't have DDSPB3, though one of them was thinking about buying it, and would buy if he joins the league.
If you wanna me to keep trying to convince them, let me know

The biggest thing is, if they're willing to keep up to date with articles and what not. I believe that, despite them not knowing English very well, as long as we can all get the overall meaning of their posts, that shouldn't be a problem at all. I know we can a couple of people here who's English isn't the best but that doesn't stop them from enjoying the league.
As for the game itself, I don't have the game either. And I know with Wolverine Studios games, they come with two licenses, so they could even split the cost of the game and each take a license. Only problem is, if they either have to reinstall the game on a new computer, you're gonna have to buy a new copy of the game.
Hope that answers your questions.

I didn't know the game has 2 licenses. I have used only one, so I can give at least one of them the other..
I'll talk to them, one of them is very experienced on DDSPB2, we used to play in a league that worked with DDSPB2 and he had win the title one season before I won it. And when I managed to win, I knocked him out at the WCF, he was my main "rival" at the game.
Hope he has interest in joining

Yeah, as long as they understand English at a basic enough level to write articles and such, it shouldn't be a problem at all. We've got multiple people that do that already.
And the open teams are Memphis, Cleveland, and Philadelphia hasn't been seen in a month so I think they are considered open, even if there isn't a thread opened about them.
