Pacers accept. Obviously the prize here is Lebron, but I like the pieces I'm getting here- Jack is a very good combo guard, Dudley is a solid role player wing, and the prospects I get are intriguing. Hate to give up so much, but when you have a trade for Lebron on the table, you've got to do it. He's the best player in the world. We have the pieces to put some very solid talent around him as well.

Well, the same reason as before..
I'm trying to balance my roster and to have a great team and bench, and having 2 options of trade, LeBron and Howard, that offer for James was the best I got, the one I think can help my team a lot not only longterm but now, in terms of what I'm trying to do.
George and Millsap come abroad to start and Hibbert will backup Howard and even play with him when we need interior D. BTW, Hibbert and Howard is the best defensive combination at the interior in the whole league.
Also, I'm in position to make another huge splash come midseason.
