Cool idea to keep track of all the winners here. Calling a fluke on that Ricky performance though. Wink Can't wait until I play Jamal on Monday to see how Lin and Rubio stack up for real. 20/5/5 isn't bad for his first game either.

Surprised Rose didn't get a nomination with his 40/4/9 w/ 2 stls and 4 blks but a TD in his 1st game as a Knick for Rubio is a good sign.

Obviously different opinions. Already thought about a poll for the Player of the SIM award. Do you guys believe it would be better if I propose three nominees every SIM?

Yeah, and the TD happening against Rose didn't help him in the comparison Rolling Eyes

Yeah, it could be nice, although we'll need some participation for that, and could slow it down a bit. But it could be nice.
Anyway I'm also fine if you make the votes, even if no Knick wins it again Very Happy

Polls are probably not a good idea. Just slows the whole process down, and the participation may not be the best down the road. I think its best if Dennis just picks 5 to highlight the best performances. The award holds no real weight, so no need for voting imo.

I'm fine with Dennis just picking the winner as well. It's all about difference of opinions here and if Dennis is the one hosting it, he should definitely be able to pick the winner each sim. Great idea.

He did those numbers vs. us but I meant a nomination over say Gasol, maybe Iggy not actually winning the player of the sim award.
