Official Player Potentials ?

Since with this scouting system, we don't see any ratings whatsoever, seems like pretty much a blind bid ? I was curious if there was or could potentially be - any sort of universal database for future classes , after the draft and everything, where we would be able to see official potentials ? Apparently everything in DDS3 is way off compared to DDS1 and 2.

DDS3 is really way off. In 9 of 10 cases they are wrong. Significant wrong.
