The Memphis Grizzlies are currently league owned and thus, we will make the selection for them.

With the 5th overall pick in the 2014 CSL draft, the Memphis Grizzlies select... Julius Randle from the University of Kentucky.

Draft worked out perfectly for Memphis. They got arguably the 3rd best prospect in the draft at pick #5. Definitely makes this team look a little more attractive to try to lure a GM.

Forward A. Almost took him blind at #3, but I hate going blind that early, and I'd then be constricted to a smaller frontcourt than I prefer.

Memphis sat back and had a great player fall in their lap. This will be a good player to build around. Lucky drop for the next GM of the Grizz.
