Regular Season - Sim 29 Phoenix – 101
Regular Season - Sim 29 Neworleans – 115

Anthony Davis – 31 pts, 12 reb, 2 stl, 8 blk
Marcus Smart – 29 pts, 7 reb, 6 ast, 1 blk
Mike Dunleavy – 13 pts
Gary Harris – 9 pts, 4 ast

The Suns put a legit scare into us this game with Kendall Marshall (31 pts, 8 ast), Otto Porter (29 pts, 8 reb) and Mitch McGary (20 pts, 8 reb) all having very good games. Davis and Smart carried us while the rest of the roster did a little bit of everything to give us the win. We hit 11-21 from deep which was a great showing as five different Pelicans connected from three. We only had five turnovers as a team which is something I can definitely get used to.

Yeah despite our 1-4 record since the trades, it feels like we're only a tweak or two away from being a really dangerous team.

We close out playing without Horford with a 98-90 win over the Wolves.  Westbrook dominated the game with 28 points, 12 assists, 3 stls, 2 blocks on 11-17 shooting.  The Wolves didn't have an answer for him what so ever, and judging by the box score, it appeared that Lin didn't belong on the floor that night.

We welcome back Horford after surviving his injury with a 13-9 record.  We are still in the thick of things and with Horford back now things should get real interesting.

P.S. I never highlighted this as I've been quite busy, but I would like to take a second here to acknowledge how well Rubio has been playing this year, but Westbrook appeared to be quite upset with all his MVP talk: http://csl.we.bs/Game604.html

Agreed. You have put this team together nicely and I knew it was going to be easy to cruise to a win against the Suns anymore.

93-102 loss to the Bobcats. Rose had 39 and 14 assists but really had no help. outside of rose the rest of the team was 2-10 from 3. Also let them get to the line 28 times to our 12.

You can't stop Lebron. You can't even slow him down anymore. Lebron put in yet another 50-point game in the 111-95 win over Philadelphia, Indiana's 8th straight win since stumbling to a 10-12 start.

Lebron, as mentioned earlier, recorded 51 points and 6 assists on 20-35 shooting, making easy work of whichever of Linas Kleiza, Ersan Ilyasova, or Dwyane Wade was guarding him. Dirk and Parker backed him up with 15 points, and 13 points 12 assists, respectively. Brendan Haywood grabbed as season-high 17 rebounds, while his backup Greg Stiemsma put in 5 blocks in just 18 minutes.

Philly was led by Bynum (22/20) and Dwyane Wade (26 points). They held a huge 54-40 advantage on the boards, but shot worse, turned the ball over more, and committed more fouls.

We play Golden State at home, then head out west for a four-game road trip, at Sacramento, Utah, OKC, and Denver. Oh boy.

I'd also like to point out that this was Lebron's third 50 point game in his last five, and sixth in this two-month-old season.

W. vs TOR

We won this game by a margin of 37 and held them to 35 FG% as a team.

I was curious to see how Hibbert/Cousins/Barnes did against a good frontcourt like Gortat/Seraphin/Pierce and for the most part I was pleased. Barnes led us with 33/7/2 and our starting bigs put on a show with a combined 37/32/1 w/ 7 stls and 9 blks. Lowry had 13/2/12 and only 1 turnover.

We are now 1st in the division with a very slim margin for error.

Next up are 2 back to back games vs. the Bucks.

Regular Season - Sim 29 F1gtcl- 113
Regular Season - Sim 29 30wwj2r- 115

Brook Lopez - 26pts, 6reb, 3ast, 8/10FT
Klay Thompson - 16pts, 9ast, 5reb, 1stl
Eric Bledsoe - 16pts, 4ast, 4stl
Rajon Rondo - 15pts, 6ast, 4reb, 4stl
Tyler Hansbrough - 15pts, 4reb, 3stl

Tyreke Evans - 35pts, 9reb, 9ast
Patrick Patterson - 28pts, 7reb, 1stl, 1blk
Ty Lawson - 22pts, 7ast, 2stl

Notes:

Wow. We BARELY scraped a win against the Kings..unbelievable. We were losing the game by 24 points at one point as they had a monster 37pt 2nd quarter. We went into halftime down 49-61 too. We didn't make a comeback run until the end, going into the 4th down 75-86. Somehow we managed to put up a 40pt quarter to win by just 2 points lol. Unbelievable...not sure what the problem was either, I mean we shot better than them, 51% to 48% and we both took 86 and 88 shots each. Free throws were pretty much even too..they beat us on the boards but that was about it. We really need to make some adjustments and find our groove because this team is not playing to it's fullest potential and we need to get it together ASAP. Big 4 game road trip coming up...heading to Indy to try and stop LeBron.

win at SA - 116-95

wowo a big road win for us. Lillard almost had a triple double with 32/9/8 and LMA went for 28/11. Great contribution from Meyers Leonard off then bench with 16/9. We struggled somewhat from downtown but shot well from the field and from the line overall. Martin and Udoh were the only Spurs in double-figures as they shot 38% from the field as a team

Nice win over the Celtics in a game which marked Walker and both Smith's goodbye after a short stretch with the Thunder. Eager to see how my new lineup with Deron Williams running the show is going to perform.
Next sim a road game against the Wolves which may be a great test for us to know if that Deron trade will work according to our plans or not.

Beat the Heat at home and it was the Melo vs Durant show. Melo won this battle on his home court and the rest of the team followed suit. We lost Larry Sanders for 9 games with some back issues, but it could be worse.

Our guys were motivated coming off an away loss to Chicago and stole one at home against the Bulls.

Amare has been fighting some injuries and looks close to 100%, so we're excited to have him back.

Underestimating us. Our team is legitimately good now. We're playing good teams tough and beating teams we never would have been beaten before the trade.

L: New York Knicks 92 @ 105 Utah Jazz
Ricky Rubio: 24 points, 10 asists, 4 rebounds, 3 steals
Chris Bosh: 24 points, 7 rebounds

We led the game by as many as 13 points, but had an horrible night from beyond the arc (2/11) and that killed all our options.
We also went to the line 43 times, including 18 from Bosh and 12 from Ricky, thanks to Utah's hard defense, but it wasn't enough in the end and their effort paid of.
