Re: Regular Season - Sim 56
Lost a bit of a close one to the Warriors, by 13 on the road.
OJ Mayo stepped up like he did for us at the beginning of the season and led us with 22 points on 9-18 shooting and 4-7 from downtown but had 5 turnovers. Jamaal Franklin came off the bench for 20 points on 9-13 shooting. Jeff Teague finished with 18 points, 9 assists, 3 rebounds/steals and a blocked shot on 8-15 shooting. Wesley Johnson added in 16 points while Bogut battled foul trouble with 5 fouls but managed a double double of 11/11 with 2 blocks. Channing Frye chipped in 9 points off the bench but missed every shot from three.
And now OJ Mayo will be out for the next 10 days...getting hammered by injuries. DeRozan, Mayo, and Hill.
Time for Jamaal Franklin to step in to show the team what he's got.

Re: Regular Season - Sim 56
HEY! HEY EVERYONE! WE FINALLY WON A GAME!
Well, Kevin Love follows up a string of shit games with a huge 20/20 performance and leads us to a win. Really though, James Johnson shooting 1 of 13 and Tony Wroten shooting 2 of 12 is what gave us the win. They shot 38% overall while we shot 44%.
The toughest part of playing against LAC is the turnovers, and that showed with Lin turning it over 9 times on his own. Willie Cauley continues his super efficient play and large amount of blocks as we continue to increase his minutes. Kyle Singler also had a nice game shooting 5 of 8 for 12 points. I hope Singler keeps up this play. Can't wait until the next stat boosts, I hope Cauley takes some huge steps.
Well, we're now 1 above .500. We get next sim off before having a double header of San Antonio and New Orleans. Maybe we can start a winning streak? I guess I've told myself that before though...
2/27 - Los Angeles Clippers, 98 @ Minnesota Timberwolves, 106
Kevin Love - 25 points, 23 rebounds, 3 assists, 15/18 free throws
Jeremy Lin - 17 points, 7 assists, 3 rebounds
Marc Gasol - 15 points, 3 rebounds
Willie Cauley - 4/8 shooting, 8 points, 3 blocks, 4 rebounds, 1 assist

Damn man, you've been screwed by injuries all season. Rozan's 2nd time, Gasol was injured for you earlier this season, and now Mayo and Hill. Jesus.

I don't feel like I'm playing my guys too many minutes...I'm trying to use my bench more, lol.
Also, how about Patric Young for the Celts in their loss to Portland...21/21 is a monster game.

Great win against Orlando! I didnt have time to update my DC to put Millsap in but we still got the win. Kyrie had one of the best triple doubles of the season with 43 pts 11reb and 11ast! Everyone else played great. Great win overall

Close one Andrei, thought we could have get the win against you guys with an injured Damian. Schröder Limited Lillard and young Exploded for 22/22.
6 point loss. Damn, was sure to get the win with man to man defense.

Lost another game on the road, now against the TWolves. Paul's big game was not enough to carry us on this one while on the other side, Love registered a 20-20 game against our bigs, not a good sign lol

Smoked by Detroit at home.
The only good thing was Archie Goodwin had 21 points, 10 assists and 7 rebounds for Tulsa.

Big 102-92 win over the Pelicans. Rose led the charge with 27 points and 9 assists. Splitter had 22 points and 13 boards on an amazing 10-13 shooting. Smart dumped 35 on us. Davis would have made this a differant game. Pelicans will be scary when he returns.

Re: Regular Season - Sim 56
My starting five pulled its weight tonight, but we fell miserably in a 123-92 loss to Charlotte. Lebron had 31/9/9, and Dirk, Parker, and Kobe had 14 apiece. Charlotte scored 15 more field goals and shot 11% better from the field, which proved to be the difference.

Got past the Raptors on the road which is much needed and we are back in first place in the East with a half game lead over the Knicks. Between us, NY, ATL, and Chicago its really gonna come down to it.

Win against the Knicks as we finally return home.
Howard played 10 minutes.. In other times we'd have shot 40 3pointers without him.
But guess what, Nene stepped up and scored 24 while being an interior presence for us in the absence of D12
That's why he's so important to us.

No games for us, but preparing to face the new Nets which I like much! Need to stop Barnes, and have the advantage of Beal at PG hahaha
Let's see if we are capable of winning.

win at BOS - 95-89
Barely escaped with a win at BOS. Dennis probably had an article prepared already but it wasn't meant to be. Patrick Young had a career night with 21 points and 21 bit rebounds but Aldridge wasn't too bad either with 19 and 18 boards. We were outplayed by BOS but veterans prevailed this time. Good game Dennis - great squad

I have a feeling the Bulls zoned us hard because we were chucking threes and certainly not hitting many of them. Tough debut for Waiters as he went 4-15 from the field including 1-7 from deep and 1-4 from the line. Think he may be a little rusty? Rose, Splitter and Noah killed us.

Re: Regular Season - Sim 56
Another win at Phily. We win 6 of 7 games. Harrison Barnes played well and Matthews helped him in scoring. Udoh&Okafor duo in C position captured 18 board, a problem before trading.
I know we miss a PG, but the others positions are covered with young players . Our objetive in offseason is to achieve a real playmaker.

Brooklyn Nets - 105, Philadelphia 76ers - 87 (Loss)
A disappointing loss to the Nets, but a few bright spots can be taken from this one. Firstly, Derrick Williams greatly impressed with a double-double consisting of 29pts and 11rebs. Also worth noting is that Williams converted 3's to the tune of 67% (2-3) while Fredette shot 75% from three (3-4). While 18pts and 7rebs is a respectable stat line for most players, at this point, we expect more from Eric Gordon.
Luckily Andrew Bynum should come back next game and we can continue 76ers basketball at full strength.

L: New York Knicks 93 @ 118 Oklahoma City Thunder
I somehow screwed up my tem file while doing the changes for this one
Needed to drop the zone defense to 1 to win in OKC, or at least to have any chance without Bosh to win there.
Without it, it was an easy win at home for the Thunder. Need to make sure I make my changes right for the next time. Every win is key in the battle we have with DET and ATL
Budinger got hurt, but he'll be OK after resting next game @Sactown. Hopefully he'll come back healthy for the next one against the Pistons!

Damn, again? The rest of this season is going to take forever if the sim schedule continues to be just a suggestion rather than an actual schedule.
