Remember, all picks must have an article accompanying them. Any pick that does not have an article by the end of free agency will face consequences, namely, suspension of the player picked at that slot (unless that player is not on the offending team, in which case, a player of similar caliber will be suspended).

Is it on the drafting team or team acquiring the player? So for Goodwin at 19 picked by the Bucks, do I do one for him or is it the Bucks?

Person getting the player should ultimately write the article.

That's where I was confused. A draft article for a player I didn't draft but traded for? Doesn't make sense so had to ask.

As far as draft day trades or pre-draft trades it's on the team acquiring the player. So Miami still has to do the article for pick 30, but I have to do it for pick 31.

So Milwaukee is required to do Goodwin since we just completed the trade now?

They are the ones who will be held responsible, but since you were the one who made the call, ideally it would be you.

In a perfect world, the person who called the shot and decided which player was getting drafted would be the one to write the article. However, I can't police that fully. So it's on the team who drafted him to post an article, but it would be ideal for the person who decided on it to be the one to write the article.

I have no issues in doing it. It just wasn't clear but I'll do it.
