We've created an excel spreadsheet keeping track of all team's cap space and free agent signings up to this point. Download and use to help your FA period.

Updated. There's a few missing contract amounts but it's almost entirely complete.

Please make sure to keep this in mind. Don't want to penalize teams or void signings due to simple math mistakes.

Unreal...never seen so many teams so so so far gone over the cap. What are the penalties here ? I guess I can check the CBA lol

A lot of the exorbitant totals are because of enormous cap holds.




Different question: If a player has 'TRADE' written next to them, is that a TPE?

Only one sign & trade has occured and it was between BOS and UTA, we just wanted to record it, although it hasn't been processed yet.

No, it means they acquired him via trade.

And yeah, cap holds are all accounted for. The only team as of right now that will be penalized is the Chicago Bulls, as they are over the hard cap.

Can someone check to see what the 3.09M waived salary on my roster is?

Looks like the GM before you cut someone with a bad salary, since that waived salary has been on the books for a couple of seasons.

I think it might be Jason Kidds salary?
I traded him to Indy, and he retired while still having a pair of years left if I don't remember wrong

If I don't remember wrong he had a 3 year 3 mil flat contract, so this coming third season should be his last.
I remember I traded him for nearly nothing (Gerald Green I think), as most comments said I had given him for nothing, but didn't want him retiring and having his cap counting against me for two more years..
Anyway it wasn't that bad for Indy, since they needed a PG and Kidd played great even on his last season.

Yeah, this is the last year of his contract.
