David West Joins the Mavericks

David West has signed a three year deal with the Dallas Mavericks. He'll earn 5.3 million the first year with the standard 3% raise that comes with the MLE, and the third year of the deal is a player option.
West will be joining his 4th team in 3 years, and averaged 11.1 points and 6.8 rebounds between Phoenix and Charlotte last season.

Wasn't our initial target but we're happy to have him join Dallas. He'll add a bit more scoring for us in the paint to go along with Nik Vuc.
