CSL Tonite! Opening Night Sim

Hi! I'm Mindy Mindy and welcome to CSL Tonite! It was the opening night sim and we had a great matchup in the Eastern Conference between the Chicago Bulls who were visiting the new look New York Knicks with a stellar PG matchup of Derrick Rose vs Ricky Rubio and the New York crowd would not be disappointed!

Rubio went to work early in the game showing the New York crowd what they'll be in store for all season long perhaps with the Knicks 1-2 punch of Rubio and McGee. McGee finished with 22pts and 13rebs... The Bulls kept it close down the stretch with Derrick Rose who shot just 7-30 on the night as he gets the jumper to fall while newly acquired Joe Johnson did his part pouring in 27pts and 6asts but it just wasn't enough as Rubio cuts through the defense getting the lay in then tossing the alley-oop to JaVale McGee putting the finishing touches on Rubio's triple double, 15pts, 13asts, and 10rebs as the Knicks win 119-116!



That was an exciting game Mindy! I really like how that Knicks team looked and also what an exciting opening sim so with that said let's get to the Top Plays of Sim 1! First up, we have Kyle Lowry of the Thunder with the sweet pump fake on the Nuggets Jrue Holiday! The Thunder got blown out but what a play! Next we have LeBron James making his Pacers debut, driving past the Pistons defenders and goes up hard for the slam over Jameer Nelson! Jameer...don't jump! They get the win at home against Detroit by the way and last up... the Bulls Taj Gibson with the putback JAM as the Bulls win their home opener against the Hawks! WHOA! Don't do em like that Taj!
