I'm guessing nobody else is having this issue. I really just want to look up free agent salaries that can be offered for players with X years of experience if anyone has that info.

Maximum Salary Guidelines

Years 2013-14
0 - 6 $13,668,750
7 - 9 $16,402,500
10+ $19,136,250

*With the exception that in no event is the player's maximum salary less than 105% of their previous year's salary.

Try signing into dropbox with the csl login first. Cslteamfiles@gmail.com and cslfiles as the password (IORC).

Not sure if that's the issue, but its worth a shot.
