Although Perkins was traded to us last season from the Lakers, there is no provision in the CBA restricting tradebacks the next season.

The Lakers accept. Our last obstacle was clearing Reddick from our books. We are now capable of offering a max contract to add to our core of WB/Beal/Deng/Horford.

Suns confirm. We sacrifice cap next year, but Redick adds 3 point gunning boom and gives us more backcourt options and depth. Plus, another first, so yay. We'll still have enough cap to offer someone a max if we want to, even with our other trade.
