Kings accept. We get the sixth man we wanted while keeping our own picks (still have 3 to play with) and Dario Saric. We like Deng and everything he brings to the table and view him as a very good sixth man, someone we can enter into the lineup at any point without issue. Good dealing LAL.

Lakers accept. Deng was someone we signed with every intention to keep in the lineup for years to come, unfortunately he is not playing very well for us, and frankly in our minds the 1st round draft pick and the cap space is much more valuable to us going forward than Luol Deng would be. Jimmy Butler also fills the same role as him, at half of the cost right now.
