Indiana accepts. This is the first of a two-part deal. Ilyasova has been on my radar for quite some time, and I've coveted Mo Williams as well. We need more shooting around Lebron James, and we get just that. Hate to give up on Lance Stephenson, but since inking him to an affordable five-year deal, he's been disappointing and we certainly need immediate help if we're going to climb the ladder in the Eastern Conference. Good dealing, Philly!

Philadelphia accepts the deal. Looking to the future, Philadelphia trades away much discussed trade chip, Ersan Ilyasova, and starting point guard, Mo Williams. But in return, Philly gets the much needed youth they've been searching for in the persons of Lance Stephenson, Jimmer Fredette, and Marreese Speights. Furthermore, they also acquire Brendan Haywood, who will most likely serve as an expiring contract to free up for future considerations. Congratulations Pacers on getting your man!
