CHI picks Deonte Burton.

Reports say that the pick is heading to the Miami Heat, along with future draft considerations from the Chicago Bulls for the Philadelphia 76er's 2016 2nd round pick currently owned by the Heat.

The move came as a surprise as no one expected the Heat to take another rookie, especially this late in the draft with very limited roster spots remaining.

"He's a guy that we were intrigued by," Heat GM Parka said. "We liked what he showed at the combine and thought he was worth a flier at least."

Burton averaged 8.8 points and 3.5 assists on 52.4% FG in limited minutes in the Pre-Draft Tournament.
