Lillard going for 50 back-2-back in a back-2-back Damian-Lillard-Full-HD-Wallpapers-8

MVP candidate Damian Lillard had a couple of career nights the last two sims with Portland playing back-to-back games.

First, his entire team decided to take a day off at Detroit so he had to carry them for the entire night scoring a career high 55 points against the Pistons. This was no use though as the best team in the East successfully defended their home court.

‘I was angry, to say the least.’ – Lillard said in a post game interview as he called a players only meeting immediately after the loss. ‘We are in a tough Division and Conference. Every game counts. You have to show up and compete. You have to give your best every single night.’

The very next night the Blazers flew home to take on Kevin Durant and the Miami Heat. The game seemed more like a duel between the MVP candidates. Durant went for 54 and Lillard matched him basket for basket with a career high 56 going 18-24 from the field and 18-18 from the line. This time, however, POR won 142-103 with 4 other Blazers players scoring at least 12 points.

‘That was fun. It’s a much better feeling to score 50 in a win.’ – said Lillard.

Lillard is a crazy offensive talent and I would love to have him on my team.

I don't think anyone else has done that except for Lebron and Durant this season. That's pretty special company. Dude's got a hell of a future.

Future? The kid's real!
He's top 5 offensive talent and is guiding the Blazers to an amazing season! Never expected them to be that good but boy Lillard and LMA are delivering it for them!
