Blue Ratings on PBSDD3
So I'm looking at my roster on DDSPB3, and when I look at my player stats, there's a yellow rating and a blue rating. Do anyone know what the different color ratings mean? Is blue their potential? Or is that what how much they've improved since the beginning of the season? Or is it something else?
Here is a screenshot so you have a better idea what I'm talking about:
I appreciate any help on this matter. I have much to learn.
Cheers,
GB

I believe the blue rating is their potential rating.

The yellow is what they currently are, the blue is the potential they have left.

Potentials are very different for every GM! Especially for rookies or sophomores! It depends on players time in the League, players age and your staff how exact the potentials you see are.
Also please notice the Blue Bar for shooting only displays his preferences potential. So you could Turn the blue shooting into driving and the other way round. Same for inside and outside shooting, both doesnt display their abilities, only their preferences! If you got questions, just shoot a message. Will answer all the questions as good as I can.

Worth writing a small note here:
Those ratings you see at PB3 are what your scouts see. The real stats of your players are what you see at your HTML team page, and your scouts can only estimate player's potentials. You never know how much potential your guys have left!

"You know at some point". After ~year 3/4. Its pretty much only for rooks, sophomores and maybe third years (depending on players age). After 3/4 years in the League the potentials for everyone differ by only 1-3 points (if it differs at all, and they are not already developed).
Also notice potentials are not always filled. It Happens a player cant reach his ceilings due to no PT etc.
