Re: Regular Season - Sim 6
Lost to the Clipps (sorry to those that voted for me) by 4 points. Was close though. Marc Gasol with 27 points, 8 rebounds, and 3 assists. Mayo added in 14 points and 7 rebounds. Hinrich off the bench with 12 points. Vuc struggled staying in the game. George Hill with 10 turnovers though...
We then beat the Jazz by almost 10 points. Mayo led us with 30 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists on 11-16 shooting. David West finally had a decent game with 20 points and 6 rebounds. Hill with 15 points and 8 assists...but 7 turnovers though. Marc Gasol chipped in with 14 points, 10 rebounds, and 4 rebounds while Vuc struggled from the field but managed 12 points and 10 rebounds.

Beat OKC 107-93. Joe Johnson had 21 points 7 assists. Splitter had 20 points 6 rebounds and 3 blocks. Bebe had 6 points 6 rebounds 4 blocks and a steal in 15 minutes. Rose had 7 points and 8 assists as I cut his minutes back during injury. No one blew the stat sheet apart but the bench 32 points and we got the win as a team.

Re: Regular Season - Sim 6
W vs. DEN
Cousins had a great game against his old team on both ends (40/10 on 76 FG%) but this win was a team effort, particularly on defense holding DEN to 42 FG% as a team. Jrue had a great game and really gave Parker problems but we did a good job shutting down the paint.
We extend our winning streak to 5, next up is ORL.

Re: Regular Season - Sim 6
2-0 sim. Two tough wins in our first sim without Deron and Biedrins because of injuries.
Squeaked out a nail biter in Dallas 103-99. We shot atrociously. We survived just because we won the turnover battle lol.
Then, we got an important home win over the powerhouse Indiana Pacers 98-89. A defensive struggle as we just converted 38.6% clip to their 39.5% clip from the field. Good thing we shot over 50% from downtown.
Chris Paul suffered Bronchitis and will be out 2 days, unfortunately.

WIN 100-95 against Brooklyn
The young guns partying with the beer sponsored by New Yorks GM Jamal
"Thats what I wanted to see", leader and captain Gordon Hayward screamed entering the locker room!
After a devastating start into the season Bostons GM decided to switch tactics. Number 7 pick Shabazz got the start instead of Dennis Schröder, who has to rest because of a strained abdominal. Everybody played well this game, even Len, who limited Lopez to 2/5 shooting despite not putting up a stellar statline like everybody else.
Hayward is still struggling to find his shot due to double and triple teams, but he handles the ball already better and has become a great slasher. We knew with some preference works he will be just fine. Actually he's shooting above 60% inside. As soon as he stops to try 3pointers he will be damn fine.
Thats our this years gift for New York, dont expect us to win against Brooklyn again! Really everybody stepped up! Look at Micic, he played on the same level like Rondo and he just got his first start at PG. Looking at his potentials you have to be scared how good he could be in the future. Schröder has to fight to get his starting gig back as soon as he returned from injury!
Same for Shabazz.. some said he will struggle on D or with foultrouble and turnovers. So far he allows 0.7 P/SF and committs 1 turnover, 1 pf.
KeyPlayers
Gordon "Captain" Hayward 33 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 block, 1 turnover
=> and Hayward even played the Point for 11 minutes against Rondo! Amazing that he turned it over only 1 time. He really improved this training camp!
Vasilije "The Kidd" Micic 10 points, 13 assists, 4 rebounds
Patric "mini Ibaka" Young 10 points, 17 rebounds, 2 blocks
Bazz "the unpredictable" Muhammad 21 points, 5 rebounds, 8/13 with 5/6 from downtown! (man this guy is great from outside!)

Re: Regular Season - Sim 6
Splitting a pair in LA- a win over the Lakers but a loss to the Clippers. After the 4-0 start, we've sputtered due to a multitude of injuries to our bench. As soon as Lance Stephenson and Jimmer Fredette returned from their injuries, Chris Kaman, Jared Dudley, and Jarrett Jack will be sidelined for the majority of a week.
-Defeated the Lakers 113-107 behind 33 from Lebron (11/19), 26 from Kobe (11/16), and 23/7/5 from Jarrett Jack. Horford had 28, while Westbrook had 20/11 for the Lakers.
-Beaten by Clippers 98-89. CP3 leads LAC with 21/8/6 as six Clippers score 10 or more. Jack, Dudley, and Kaman apparently all got injured in this game. Speights fouled out, Dirk nearly did, and no Pacer could find the basket (except Dirk who only played 16 minutes). Both teams shot under 40%.
Pacers are 5-4

BTW, Okalahoma already lost 6! Last year they lost 18 in total! maybe Oklahoma shows us this year why you never trade away the best player in the league to split him into an allstar and two good players (I know SAP and Hibbert are allstars, but if everything goes its normal way they wont with bigs like Favors, Bynum, Howard, Love, etc, etc, etc, Len, ok just kidding..)

2-0 sim again, beating the Kings on the road and Suns at home.
- 103
- 131
David Lee - 34pts, 10reb
Klay Thompson - 24pts, 5reb, 4ast
Tyler Hansbrough - 21pts, 5reb, 2stl
Andrei Kirilenko - 18pts, 8reb, 2blk
Stephen Curry - 15pts, 12ast, 1stl, 1blk
Notes:
We shot 54% from the field and 45% from deep on the road which is nice. Although it was against the Kings who are rebuilding so...nothing too impressive. Chandler played 6 minutes for some odd reason, will need to fix that.

Eric Bledsoe - 10pts, 6ast, 4reb, 3stl
Notes:
Shot 52% from the field and 51% from long range. Curry threw up 40 in just 28 minutes, glad to see his scoring getting up finally. Kanter wad a disappointment these 2 games filling in for Tyson, but David Lee is ready to go beast mode. This time around, Chandler still logged 21 minutes which just makes no sense. We will have to figure that out next sim. Especially since we just lost freakin Tyler Hansbrough for 12 days, leaving us with only 2 healthy bigs.

Easy to explain..
Dont know his exact numbers by Heart.. But its dwade and him + a little ilyasova in philly.. I Predict Andrews usage% is above 40% and his touches are at a PG Level around 60-70. will take a look later.
Thats why Miami and Houston are designed the same. Those teams are looking to get the Ball into their Stars hands.
A reason why Minnesota or Oklahoma wont work IMO. Loves, PGs usage are too low because of too many guys demanding the ball.
Same for Indy, wouldnt have added Nowitzki, its just stealing away usage and touches from Lebron.

The word Paul George AllStar got me thinking (although very very early) is he an AllStar in the West? I believe he's playing SG and with 4 maybe 5 guards making it, does he get in? And I'm not even saying Harden is for that matter, just looking at names and stats of guys I don't know.
The sim engine decides but Lillard Westbrook CP3 Harden Beal George Holiday all can't make it.
Gonna be interesting as time goes by to see how things play out.

Congrats man and against a very tough Brooklyn team also. Rondo had a triple double but struggled mightily from the field. Funny that the Nets only had 5 TOs but still lost. Got outrebounded badly and shot poorly as a team. Although 41% from downtown is not bad. Young dominated the boards for you and Shabazz shot great. Well deserved win with more to come as this team matures

I suppose it is similar to playoffs. We have a lot of great teams in West (and East) but only 8 will make it. So it is going to be very interesting to see how it is going to work out

Re: Regular Season - Sim 6
2-0 sim, we're back over .500 at 5-4.
We had an all around great team performance here. Kevin Love, again, was one assist away from a triple double. Parsons was 2 rebounds away from a double double. Bogut shows why we signed him in the first place with a near double-double performance with 3 blocks. Overall, we had 6 players in double figures.
Again, a great all around effort. We shot 47% from the field and 42% from deep while the Raps only shot 35% from the field and 27% from deep, which is how we were able to hold them to 81 points and win the game. Love get's his triple double, Danny leads the scoring for us again with 26 points, Lin throws in 5 assists, Bogut with 3 blocks. Can't ask for much more.
11/15 - Orlando, 92 @ Minnesota, 118
Kevin Love - 23 points, 13 rebounds, 9 assists, 2 steals
Chandler Parsons - 21 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists
Gary Neal - 17 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists, 3 blocks
Andrew Bogut - 18 points, 7 rebounds, 3 steals, 3 blocks
Kevin Love - 23 points, 13 rebounds, 9 assists, 2 steals

Just because Love or PG isn't dropping triple doubles nightly doesn't make the team any less good. Whether the scoring is coming from Love, Granger, Paarsons, McLemore, Bogut, Lin, Cauley... what does it matter as long as the ball goes in? Love and PG might see their stats go down, but still, they're going to get theirs. Statistically, sure, it hurts, but as long as you're winning, it doesn't matter.
(I guess for OKC it might not be working though at 3-6 on the season, but still too early to tell)

Re: Regular Season - Sim 6
I love this league, and this game have a lot of sense with real basket. Two games played utah win vs charlotte 95-77 great defense.charotte can't played the basket.
And loss 106-97 with dallas surprise mayo 30 points and on the road only dallas made 12 fauls, nine games six on the road andthree at home 7-2 a very good balance.
My dream could be 60 wins and 22 losses but this league have a very good level and at the moment only think in 8 places of playoffs.

Wow had a long text written down and my PC just shut down...
That hurts!
so again, but shorter, fuck you pc.
Everything isnt meant to be an offense or something. But Im talking stuff like that with others day in and day out (hi jamal, jeff and co) and its just an anlysis. Nobody has to feel bad because of it or something like that.
So back to the topic..
I was talking about usage and touches! Not about stats, you arent one of those guys looking at boxscores in reallife to evaluate players, are you? Else you would miss the impact players like Iggy have..
You mentioned 5-6 guys able to score, same did Marcos a few weeks ago and said his team will average above 120 or something like that.
But how should that be possible? there is only a limited amount of touches available in a game (okay you could say with a great Pass/HDL PG you could run 10 pace to create more shots, though they would be mostly taken by guards.. anyway) and if all your guys arent shooting really high percentages you wont score >120/110 day in and day out.. So why bringing in more sorers if you could add somebody like Rubio who gives you more steals, more open shots etc. Or a guy like Bullock/Lee/Budinger/etc. who brings you more stops, better 3p%, more steals etc. (btw Wolves are allowing 9. most points and are only averaging 6.4 steals, 8. worst).
Would have loved if you would have put together a team like Rubio - McLemore - Bullock - Love - Bogut. But Im maybe biased because I dont like the reallife knicks style which is something like acquiring every star they could (Amare, Melo, Chandler) to take a look later if they fit. I like more the CSL-knicks style. Putting together a well rounded team with great chemistry.
IMO Jamals Knicks will win 8 of 10 BO7 series against your Wolves just because they are more balanced.
Anyway, Im just the GM of one of the worst teams in the entire CSL, so dont count to much on my words. Just my opinion and absolutely not meant to be an offense.
