Greg Oden's the healthiest he has ever been. Appearing in 21 out of 23 games for the Spurs and averaging 13 minutes per game, Oden is on pace to play the most games in a season that he has ever played. While his injury issues have limited him on the court, he's still been effective, shooting 61% and pulling down 3 rebounds a game.

However, with Ed Davis coming into town, Oden no longer had any guaranteed minutes, and when the opportunity to send him to Phoenix for a 2nd round pick arose, the Spurs jumped on it.

"Greg has been great for us, no doubt. He'll certainly be missed," said Spurs General Manager Myles Nelson, who's been much criticized recently for his seemingly lack of involvement with the organization. "But this is a good opportunity for us to get younger, we need to change things up and this gives us an opportunity to do that."

Oden could not be reached for comment.

Looking at the bad luck this kid has had in RL, I love watching him healthy and with the playing time like he's going to have at the desert.
