Picking Teams

I know the managers that more articles have written in this forum, have the possibility to pick the team before than me.

Normally I have no Problem with rebuilding. Just a bit demotivated actually. Will change as soon as teams are assigned I believe.

HAHAHA. I, on the contrary, don't like build teams because I'm crazy for close trades (blackice mode ON).

Well I believe we are at a consensus. Real rosters, without a doubt.

Now we need to close this thread, make an announcement on what is being done and wait for the new forum and HTML / ratings to be released. Once the ratings are finalized and everyone can see the teams everyone will be able to submit their Top 5 and this thing will get underway.

I doubt anyone leaves and if they do, they can easily be replaced. No one cares for crybabies, it takes skill to put a team together. Don't expect that team to be handed to you on a silver platter. Within 6 hours of the trade office opening up, I can guarantee we will see at least 10 trades or so with teams getting the rebuild process underway or fixing the team to their liking. Let's just go, the constant back and forth is just pointless now...If there are guys who don't agree or want to throw a fit...bye bye, good luck finding another league.

Yeah whatever the decision it needs to be made quick and implemented before people start ducking out. I am good with anything at this point. Although it would have been good to see what my team would have done in the playoffs.

doubt is going to keep the same forum, or we're going to change?

I'm all for whatever the admin team decides.

If the teams we are right now gives us an advantage with those teams, if you're from Toronto or follow them, no issues with you taking them. Assume we'll nominate anyway.

Honestly, I'm fine with whatever the majority decides on, but agree with the fact that we should start sooner rather than later since progress in the current season/sim program is all for naught.

Yeah hate we are losing all articles and "posts" again. If we change the Forum again it needs to be the last change. League needs some consistency badly.

No need to write or comment articles if they will disappear anyway because of forum changes.

Think the easiest way to go about this is having GMs send in a top-5 list and selecting it that way. I don't care which team I get, though I would prefer a rebuilding situation.

Yeah I'm looking at a rebuild team myself. I have no interest in getting a contender.

Well, of course I have my eyes on one certain team and after that it's a crapshoot.

So are we in the process of picking our team now then? If so, how are we doing it (i.e. PM, email, etc.) and who are we contacting?
