Timberwolves Draft Bearcat Guard at Pick #52
Just a warning, this might be the most boring article you've ever read. I have nothing to say about this guy, because I know nothing about this guy.
By the 52nd pick in the draft, everyone left was just an unknown, so GMs had to just pick names out of a hat to determine their pick. Jake pulled Sean Kilpatrick's name out of the hat, and so that was who they would be drafting.
Sean Kilpatrick is an athletic guard with great range. He was able to effortlessly lead the Cincinnati Bearcats in scoring and was able to stay in front of players on the other end with his great athleticism in Cincinnati's highly man-to-man scheme.
But if we take a look at Stephen A. Smith's mock draft earlier in the season (https://csleague.forumotion.com/t124-stephen-a-smith-s-mock-draft), he had Sean Kilpatrick mocked at pick #18. Maybe he simply slipped to the 2nd round due to lack of hype. Or maybe Stephen A. just doesn't know what he's talking about.
So is Sean Kilpatrick a steal or is he really a 2nd round talent?

I think the thought that SAS doesn't know anything could be spot on.

I think he actually could be a decent role player and at pick 52 that is a steal.

Make sure to post this article in the actual draft pick thread itself.
